Make an impact and provide this unique programming to the youth of Santa Cruz County.
$25 donation … supports a youth on a hike in Santa Cruz County. Our hiking outings provide a much needed safe space for youth to explore the outdoors while learning about the principles of Leave No Trace. Hikes are the perfect time for youth to connect with their peers and the MTNS2SEA mentors.
$50 donation … allows a MTNS2SEA youth to challenge themselves by climbing to new heights…literally! MTNS2SEA’s partnership with Pacific Edge Climbing Gym gives MTNS2SEA youth the opportunity to challenge themselves and support one another in the climbing gym and in the outdoors at Castle Rock State Park.
$100 or a monthly donation of $10 … provides each MTNS2SEA student with a sailing experience where they can enjoy and learn about the Monterey Bay aboard the Nomad, a 42’ sailing vessel captained by Brian Thom. Students learn valuable leadership and communication skills when sailing out in the bay.
$250 or a monthly donation of $20 … pays a MTNS2SEA intern for a week of work in summer program with the Watsonville Police Activities League. Youth get the opportunity to use the skills learned in the MTNS2SEA program while working with younger students in their community.
$500 or a monthly donation of $50 … insures that MTNS2SEA can continue to offer students the opportunity for self-growth, outside the classroom, while interacting with and supporting their community.
